Feel Fantastic Now | 14

In only three short rounds of up-regulated mouth breathing, Harry will guide you into a state of complete bliss and receptivity. Paired with energizing music and a sensory body scan, this breathwork session will fill you with exactly what you need to feel fantastic now!
 

Cannabreath | 57

Welcome to our CannaBreath session. In the first 40 minutes, we will be partaking in 6 rounds of breathing, followed by 17 minutes of  integration music for a total of 57 minutes . The first round will be box breath, a slow style of breath to help you arrive in your body and ground yourself in the experience before you blast off with a more rapid style of breathing. We will then move into 5 rounds of up-regulated breathing with holds on empty.  This session will allow you to enter an elevated state of meditation where you can unlock your true potential.
 

Vibrant Flow | 11

Welcome to your Vibrant Flow breathwork practice where Jenn welcomes the breath and body to flow together to lively music . This session is going to get your energy and life force moving and grooving by helping you clear any stagnant and stuck energy. If youre feeling resistance this session is designed to help get the flow of life back in your body!
 

Circa | 37

Travel into space with Steve as he guides you through a deeply relaxing practice. The session is a slow build, starting off calm, and slowly picking up to quicker paces of breathing. This breathwork is great for those who want to come back into their body and feel gratitude for existence here on this earth. At the end, you’ll rest in the wonderful stillness you’ve created for yourself and feel reborn. 
 

Shame Release | 30

This session was created by Nicole to help release and transform shame. We all experience shame. There is a mis-programming that we call carry that tells us that we are unlovable, damaged or unworthy in some way that resulted in shame. Let’s work together to reprogram this through our breath. The key to healing these parts is to go into them, get to know them and to transform them. Let us take this journey now, with various different breathing styles. Starting slowing with a 4 count, then picking up the speed as the session progresses.
 
 

High Frequency | 18

Welcome to your High Frequency energizing breathwork practice. In this session, Kyle will help you focus on something that you want to call in to your life, whether it’s self-love, gratitude, or motivation. You will breathe into this intention with a simple box breathing technique, followed by two-part breath. This breathwork is paired with high energy music that will elevate the frequency of your day.
